Square One advocates for incarcerated individuals and their families, recognizing that people can feel forgotten, abused, isolated, or confined by a system that often makes reintegration difficult. Incarceration can affect the mind, body, and soul long after someone returns home. We work to make that transition more humane by offering compassion, practical support, advocacy, and connections to essential resources. Our mission is to help people feel seen, respected, and supported as they rebuild stability, restore family connections, and move forward. We aim to be the community people can rely on during incarceration, reentry, and every step beyond.
